Sally Azarmi

I joined Azarmi Law in 2018 as a paralegal working initially on immigration matters but more recently becoming increasingly involved in the growing dispute resolution practice. In 2021, I formally became a Trainee Solicitor and worked towards completing the newly launched Solicitors Qualifying Examinations. I successfully completed the SQE to be a qualified solicitor in August 2022.

I have gained significant experience in private client and business immigration matters and now deputise for Sally Azarmi in supervising the team’s specialist paralegals as they handle a range of immigration applications for corporate, high net worth and private clients. I provide strategic and practical advice to businesses from their registration as sponsors under the Skilled Worker Route and through the stages which may include management of their compliance duties, preparation for immigration audits, creating immigration policies based on their individual needs, carrying out immigration audits and applying for Skilled Worker visas. I have guided private clients through the immigration journey from first considering the prospect of migrating to the UK or being faced with dealing with a refusal, through to obtaining their visas and eventually settlement and citizenship.  I have broad experience of applications including Partner visas; citizenship and nationality; the EU Settlement Scheme; and discretionary applications.

I have also assisted on a number of contentious claims.  These cases have been as diverse as construction disputes to complex multi-jurisdictional international trade and shipping litigation; and criminal and civil fraud.
